TechnologyOne Believes Customer Service Platform Is Safe From Cyber Attacks
JAKARTA - Australia's Technology Company, TechnologyOne Ltd, announced on Friday May 12 that their service-to-cean software platform was not connected to the office's internal system that was targeted for cyberattacks this week.
The software maker said on Wednesday May 10 that it had detected unauthorized third-party access to their Microsoft 365 internal system, making the company the latest target in a wave of cyberattacks that have hit several companies since last year.
The company insists that an isolated internal office system to stop the spread of the incident has recovered and is fully operational.

TechnologyOne said third-party cybersecurity experts had confirmed that their system was secure and no other illegal activity was detected.
"Our focus remains on the incident investigation to determine what data may have been accessed through our Microsoft 365 internal office system, and then, if necessary, interact with the affected individuals to take appropriate action," the company said in a statement.
Major companies such as the Woolworths supermarket, telecommunications company Telstra, and TPG Telecom have reported unauthorized data and access violations, expressing the company's vulnerability to cyberattacks.
