Wednesday 12 April, DKI High Court Reads Ferdy Sambo's Appeal Decision Cs
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta High Court (PT) said the appeal decision for the defendant Ferdy Sambo Cs was ready to be read. The verdict will be announced at the trial which will be held on Wednesday, April 12, next.
Meanwhile, the defendants who filed an appeal in the alleged murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J included Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.
"The decision at the appeal level in a criminal case on behalf of the defendants Ferdy Sambo and his friends has been prepared by the Panel of Judges at the appeal level to be read out in a trial that is open to the public," said Public Relations of PT DKI Binsar Pakpahan Pamopo when confirmed, Saturday, April 8.
The reading of the verdict is guaranteed to be open to the public. In fact, later a live broadcast will be provided to the public.
"For the preparation of the trial which is open to the public on this day and date, PT DKI will prepare a Poll TV which is in line with the public relations of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia," said Binsar.
Quoted from the criminal appeal case data on behalf of Ferdy Sambo et al, there are five high judges who will read out the appeal decision.
They are Singgih Judge Budi Prakoso as chairman of the assembly in the Ferdy Sambo case and become member judges in other cases, and Judge Ewit Soetriadi who became chairman of the assembly in the Putri Candrawathi case and became member judge in other cases.
Furthermore, there was Judge H. Mulyanto as chairman of the assembly for the Ricky Rizal Wibowo case and became a member judge in another case, Judge Abdul Fattah who became chairman of the panel for the Strong Ma'ruf case and became a member judge in another case, as well as Judge Tony Pribadi as member judge.

Ferdy Sambo, the mastermind behind the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat, was sentenced to death, Putri Candrawathi was sentenced to 20 years in prison, while Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal Wibowo were each sentenced to 15 years and 13 years in prison.
