Dr. R. Hardjanto Hospital, Balikpapan, Moeldoko Said, Could Be A Support For IKN
BALIKPAPAN - During a working visit to Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, the Chief of Staff for the Presidency Dr. Moeldoko also reviewed health services at the Dr. R. Hardjanto Kesdam VI/Mulawarman hospital, on Tanjung Pura IV Street, Balikpapan City, Thursday 9 February.
Moeldoko said that his arrival was to ensure the readiness of RS. Dr. Hardjanto as a supporting hospital for the national capital (IKN) of Nusantara. Because if it is related to the construction of the IKN in Penajam Paser Utara district, the position and location of the hospital are very strategic. For this reason, he emphasized the importance of optimizing health equipment and services.
"In order to become a supporting hospital that is able to provide maximum service, especially for those who work at the IKN. In fact, later it can be a reference," said Moeldoko.
Moeldoko also said that the government through the Ministry of Health provided assistance in the form of medical devices worth IDR 28 billion for the Dr. R. Hardjanto hospital.
"This is a form of the government's commitment to improving health services in vertical hospitals," he said.

On that occasion, the TNI Commander for 2013-2015 took the time to visit a number of patients being treated at the Dr. R. Hardjanto Hospital. He also gave souvenirs to the patient's family.
"All of the three patients I visited were from areas in the IKN area. This further proves that in the future this hospital can become a reference," concluded Moeldoko.
