Will Visit The NasDem Office, PKS Turns Out To Be Invited By Surya Paloh To Discuss Coalition For Change

JAKARTA - The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) president, Ahmad Syaikhu, will visit the NasDem Party DPP office in Gondangdia, Menteng, Central Jakarta, this afternoon.

Apparently, the visit of Syaikhu and PKS officials to NasDem Tower was to fulfill an invitation from the General Chairperson of NasDem, Surya Paloh, to discuss the Coalition for Change plan.

This was revealed by PKS spokesperson, Muhammad Kholid when confirmed, Friday, February 3. It is planned that the PKS group will attend after Friday prayers at around 14.30 WIB.

"Just fulfilling an invitation from Mr. Surya Paloh," said Kholid.

After all, continued Kholid, PKS President and Deputy Chairman of the Syuro Council Mohamad Sohibul Iman, had not seen Surya Paloh for a long time. So this afternoon's meeting is a friendly event after the PKS visit in June 2022.

"Friendship, it's been a long time since Mr. Syaikhu and Mr. Sohibul have not met Mr. Surya," he said.

Kholid revealed that the elites of the two parties would discuss the exploratory Coalition for Change. Especially after PKS declared its support for the vice president of NasDem, Anies Baswedan.

"Keep up to date to strengthen the coalition," he said.
