Carlo Ancelotti Anxiously Awaits Karim Benzema's Knee Injury Medical Report

"The first evaluation didn't seem too serious, but we have to wait for the results and that makes me feel anxious too," continued Ancelotti.

Real Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, is also waiting for news about Benzema's condition. He hopes the captain has only suffered a minor injury and will not cause a major impact on his future performances.

"We'll see, hopefully not serious. If serious, there are other players who can replace him," explained Courtois.

Karim Benzema has been an important figure in Real Madrid's success in recent seasons. Especially last season.
