Tyson Fury Challenges Anthony Joshua: Let Me Know If You Want To Fight Me This Year

JAKARTA - Tyson Fury challenged Anthony Joshua through a video on social media.

The WBC heavyweight champion has put his belt on the table for a possible unification bout against Oleksandr Usyk, the holder of the WBA, WBO, and IBF titles he defended against Joshua.

However, the Ukrainian boxer's decision not to enter the ring for the rest of 2022 has prompted Fury to look for another opponent to risk his belt.

"I think all of you have heard that I will be fighting in the next few months," Fury said.

"I thought before I announced the opponent that I needed to do this just in case.

"Anthony Joshua, I know you just lost your fight against Usyk and you are currently lacking a fight, and I wanted to give you the opportunity to fight with me for the WBC world heavyweight championship and championship lineal in the next few months.

“You just finished a 12-round fight, so you're fit, you're ready. I'll let you know a few months before the duel

"If you're interested I'll send you the date and we can rumble. Britain's bout for the WBC world heavyweight championship.

"Let me know if you are interested, otherwise I will pick another opponent."
