Senior MU Players Send 'SOS' Messages To Club Officials Asking For New Partners, Including Cristiano Ronaldo
JAKARTA - Manchester United fans are frustrated with the appearance of their favorite club. The club nicknamed the Red Devils started the 2022/2023 season badly.
Not only fans, Manchester United players also feel the same way. In fact, a number of senior players have sent 'SOS' messages or warning signs to club officials.
They asked the management to immediately bring in new players again. This step is believed to be a solution to the team's slump at the beginning of the season.
Interestingly, Cristiano Ronaldo was included in the group of senior players who sent the SOS message. Besides Ronaldo, there are also the names of Marcus Rashford, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Bruno Fernandes.
They hope that there has been a new transfer made by the club before the deadline for the transfer market which falls on September 1, 2022.
So far, Manchester United have only brought in three new players. They are Tyrell Malacia (Feyernoord), Christian Eriksen (Brentford), and Lisandro Lopez (Ajax Amsterdam).
Lately, the club based at Old Trafford is being linked with a number of names. Among them are Frenkie de Jong, Adrien Rabiot, Marko Arnautovic, Alvaro Morata, Serginho Dest and Matheus Cunha.
But so far, there has been no sign of one of Manchester United's targets will be introduced as their new player.
