Jerinx SID Is Free From Conditional Leave From Kerobokan Bali Prison Today, Nora Alexandra Will Pick Him Up
DENPASAR - I Gede Aryastina or known as Jerinx SID will be released on conditional leave from Kerobokan Bali Prison today. His wife, Nora Alexandra and family will pick up Jerinx SID.
"About 10 am. The decree on conditional leave has been issued, it's just a matter of administration," said Jerinx's lawyer, Wayan Gendo Suardana, Monday, August 1 evening.
The family has submitted a request for conditional leave about 1-2 months ago. This application process is carried out by checking the applicable procedures.
"The application for conditional leave has been done, it's been a long time. Then it's been processed and has gone through research, the procedures both from the Fathers and the Family have also been down and also conducted research and finally, all conditions are met," said Gendo.
Conditional leave is the process of coaching outside the Detention Center or Correctional Institution for prisoners who are sentenced to a maximum of 1 (one) year 6 (six) months, having served at least 2/3 (two-thirds) of their criminal period.
The Head of Class IIA Kerobokan Fikri Jaya Soebing previously confirmed that Jerinx's information would be released tomorrow.
"Tomorrow is free," he said, Monday, August 1.
However, his party has not confirmed at what time Jerinx SID will be released from Kerobokan Prison.
"When the equipment is complete (free). The hours are tentative," he said.

Previously, the judges of the Central Jakarta District Court sentenced musician I Gede Aryastina alias Jerinx to one year in prison and a fine of IDR 25 million.
Jerinx was charged with violating Article 29 in conjunction with Article 45 B of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the ITE Law) and Article 27 paragraph (4) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (4 ) UU ITE.
