A Mother Mutilated In Semarang Regency, Perpetrator Of Obscenity Recidivists
TEGAL - IS (32), the perpetrator of murder accompanied by mutilation in Semarang Regency, Central Java, is a recidivist of an obscene case in Tegal Regency in 2015.
The head of the Central Java Regional Police, Inspector Ahmad Luthfi, said that the murder victim, Kholidatunn'imah (24), a resident of Tegal, was a victim of IS abuse in 2015.
"This perpetrator was sentenced to 10 years, after serving six years free, again looking for victims", he said at a press conference at the Semarang Police Headquarters, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, July 26.
Kholidatunn'imah works at a convection company PT Wory in Semarang Regency. She is the mother of one child who is five years old.
The location of the murder, continued Luthfi, took place at the victim's boarding house on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Semarang Regency, on July 17, 2022.
He explained that IS and Kholidatunn'imah were involved in a dispute while at the boarding house. IS claimed to be offended by Kholidatunn'imah's words before strangling her to death.
"Due to confusion, the perpetrator then decided to dismember the victim's body into several pieces", he said.

He said that Kholidatunn'imah's body parts were first discovered by residents around the Klero River flow, East Ungaran, Semarang Regency, on July 24, 2022.
From the results of the examination at the location of the discovery, he continued, officers found an ATM card which was the starting point for revealing the identity of the victim.
For his actions, IS was charged with articles 338 and 340 of the Criminal Code regarding the murder.
Previously, the human body was found by residents around the Kretek River in Kalongan Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency, on Sunday, July 24.
While other body parts were found, including a head, found about 11 km from the point of the first discovery. The body parts found included two hands, one each right and left, as well as pieces of bone. Police said the human body fragments were suspected to be victims of mutilation.
