Brunei Coach Admits That His Team Is Having A Hard Time Keeping Up With The Indonesian U-19 National Team
JAKARTA - The second match of the Group A phase of the U-19 AFF Cup reaped unsatisfactory results for the Brunei Darussalam national team. The visitors were massacred 7-0.
Brunei coach, Faizalani Abdul Ghani admitted that his team had difficulties against the Garuda Muda squad. Their preparation is also admittedly less mature.
"Our preparations were not good, so we had difficulty facing the U-19 Indonesian national team," said Faizalani as quoted by Antara, Tuesday.
In fact, the coach said, when facing the Indonesian U-19 national team, the physical condition of his foster children was in very good condition. But apparently, this was not enough for them to stem the passionate spirit of the Indonesian national team.

"The physical fitness of the players is good but it is still not enough to withstand the Indonesian attacks," added Faizalani.
The defeat in this match is not a regret for the coach, he actually admitted that his team's performance against Indonesia was better than when they faced Myanmar on Saturday, which also lost 0-7.
"Despite losing, my team showed an improvement compared to the first match last," said Faizalani.
