Ambon Pattimura Airport Passengers Predicted To Soar 20 Percent On D-3 Eid 2022
AMBON - Passenger density at Ambon's Pattimura Airport is predicted to increase by around 20 percent on D-3 Lebaran 2022. This week, the surge in the number of passengers has been felt at the airport.
Legal Compliance and Stakeholder Relations Manager PT Angkasa Pura I Pattimura Airport Ambon Branch Aditya Narendra said the prediction was based on his party's calculations on the increase in the number of passengers.
"For yesterday's D-7 position, departure and arrival activities for Lebaran passengers through Ambon's Pattimura Airport have increased by 10 percent compared to the previous month," said Aditya in Ambon, Maluku, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, April 26.
According to him, the number of passengers who arrived (arrival) at Pattimura Airport on Monday (25/4) was 1,208 people, and those who departed (departure) were 1.435 people.
When compared with the number of passengers arriving and departing through Pattimura Airport in the previous month, such as March 2022, there were more than 96,000 passengers.
