Lion Air Apologizes For Passengers' Luggage Being Three Hours Late
TANGERANG - Lion Air airline passengers complained about the length of the baggage collection process on flight JT-137. It is known, the passengers have to wait for three hours.
Corporate Communications Strategic of Lion Air Group Danang Mandala Prihantoro explained that the delay was influenced by weather factors.
"The weather conditions are heavy rain, which has resulted in delays in baggage drop off," said Danang when confirmed, Monday, March 28.
However, after the weather improved, Lion Air just dropped off the baggage of the JT-137 passengers.
The pick-up was taken at each point at Terminal 2D Soekarno-Hatta Airport
"Delivery of the said baggage to Terminal 2D takes time and is carried out after the weather conditions improve," he said.

In this statement, Lion Air through Danang apologized for the inconvenience to the JT-137 passengers.
