Juventus Vs Sampdoria Results: Bianconeri To Coppa Italia Quarter-Final After Beating Blucerchiati 4-1

JAKARTA - Juventus is entering the Coppa Italia quarter-finals after beating Sampdoria 4-1 in the last 16 match at the Allianz Stadium, Tuesday local time.

Goals by Juan Cuadrado, Daniele Rugani, Paulo Dybala, and Alvaro Morata which Sampdoria could only reply to once-through Andrea Conti kept Juve's hopes of retaining the Coppa Italia trophy they won last season.

The hosts' 1-0 advantage lasted until half-time and only really doubled in the 52nd minute through Rugani's header which headed in Arthur Melo's accurate cross.

Sampdoria hit back with a beautiful goal from Conti in the 63rd minute but hopes for a comeback for the visitors were crushed four minutes later when Dybala scored the hosts' third with a loose ball inside the box.

In the 77th minute Morata finally registered his name on the scoreboard after converting a penalty kick produced by the young talent of Marley Ake.
