Notary Suspect In Dino Patti Djalal Mafia Case Transferred To Prosecutor's Office, Will Soon Be Tried

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Attorney's Office (Kejari) has received the second stage of delegation, namely the suspect and evidence in the land mafia case with the victim Dino Patti Djalal's mother, namely Zurni Hasyim Djalal. The suspect whose case was delegated was Erlina Dwi Kurniawati as a notary, January 15.

"The South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office received the handover of the suspect and evidence from the Metro Police investigators on behalf of the suspect Erlina Dwi Kurniawati on Thursday," said Head of the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office, Nurcahyo in a statement, Saturday, January 15.

With this delegation, the suspect Erlina will soon be tried. In this case, she was charged with Article 378 in conjunction with 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code or 264 (1) in conjunction with 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.

Based on the case files received, continued Nurcahyo, the suspect Erlina Dwi made a deed of sale and purchase of the house and the land belonging to Zurni Hasyim Djalal.

"That Erlina Dwi Kurniawati on April 22, 2019 at the Notary/PPAT Office Erlina Dwi Kurniawati, SH, which is located at Wisma Perkasa Buncit Raya Street No. 21 J South Jakarta, has made the Sale and Purchase Deed No. 103 of 2019," said Nurcahyo.

Where, in the action, the modus operandi was to state that the house belonging to Dino Patti Djalal's mother had been sold to another party.

"Notary Erlina Dwi explained that there was a sale and purchase of a house belonging to Zurni Hasyim Djalal located on Sekolah Duta II Street Block PD No. 12 Rt 003/014 Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta (Pondok Indah)," said Nurcahyo.

Then, there was a sale and purchase of a house based on the Certificate of Ownership Number 2614/Pondok Pinang in the name of Zurni Hasyim Djalal. In his statement, there has been a home purchase transaction without the owner's knowledge.

"Between Zurni Hasyim Djalal as the seller and Vanda Gusti Andayani as the buyer without the knowledge of Zurni Hasyim Djalal as the owner of the land and buildings," he explained.

Then, based on the Sale and Purchase Deed No. 103 of 2019 dated April 22, 2019, then on May 2, 2019, the certificate of ownership No. 2614/Pondok Pinang in the name of Zurni Hasyim Djalal changed its name.

"From the name of Zurni Hasyim Djalal as the seller to Vanda Gusti Andayani," said Nurcahyo.

Furthermore, on 27 May 2019, Vanda Gusti Andayani and Ferryjanto sold the house and land to Hendri Oktavianus for Rp10,000,000,000, (ten billion) - without Zurni Hasyim Djalal knowing.

Meanwhile, the money that Vanda Gusti Andayani received from Hendri Oktavianus was used to be transferred to Zurni Hasyim Djalal's account, as if it were an advance for a house payment of Rp1,900,000,000.

"The rest was distributed to Mustopa, Arnold, Sulfan Sauri, Dedi Rusmanto, Neneng Zakiah, several other people and for Vanda's personal needs," said Nurcahyo.
