Defense Minister Prabowo Receives Danish Ambassador's Visit To Discuss Enhanced Defense Industry Cooperation

JAKARTA - Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto received an honorary visit from the Danish Ambassador to Indonesia Lars Bo Larsen, at the Ministry of Defense, Jakarta.

This meeting is an effort to continue to increase defense cooperation between the two countries in the defense industry.

As reported by Antara, Monday, December 13, Indonesia and Denmark have so far established cooperation in the defense industry which is currently under the "Plan of Action" under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the two countries.

An example of the defense industry cooperation between Indonesia and Denmark that has already been established is the collaboration in the construction of four 60 M Fast Missile Ships (KCR) and a Hospital Auxiliary Ship.

There is also a collaboration between Terma Denmark and Indonesia for Electronic Support Measures (ESM) for six TNI AL Ship which was signed last August 2021.
