Although the electricity supply and internet connection for all operators have been successfully connected, there is one server that is still experiencing problems, so it is necessary to replace the device on the server. Now, the CEIR system is back to normal operation.
The CEIR system is a container to accommodate data from the IMEI registration process on Mobile Devices, Handheld Computers and Tablets (HKT) in the form of passenger luggage and shipments carried out through the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, or new devices purchased directly at outlets, as well as SIM Card replacement.
In addition, HKT belonging to Foreign Citizens (WNA) is also required to register their devices when entering Indonesia through cellular operators. The CEIR system also manages the IMEI Production Registration Certificate (TPP) registration process which is carried out through the Indonesian Ministry of Industry.
