After The Release Of The Album, Adele Admits That She Refuses To Hold A Tour, Why?

JAKARTA - Singer Adele will release a new album after five years, entitled 30. This album fulfills the anticipation of fans for Adele's songs that are thick with elements of romance.

This album was delayed due to the pandemic and remained released in the midst of the pandemic. Adele told the Hollywood Reporter that she was aware the situation would affect the music and listeners.

“No one wants to remember this period of time. Of course, this year is better than the previous year, but on the day my album is released, a loved one will die from COVID,” Adele said on Monday, November 15.

"For them, it will be a reminder every time they hear 'Easy on Me' on the radio," she continued.

Adele herself has a number of plans to promote the album, starting with a special appearance at Hyde Park, London next year. But she didn't want to go on a tour like the promotion of album 25.

“The situation is unpredictable, with all the rules. I don't want everyone to come to my concert scared. And I also don't want to get COVID," Adele replied.

Through her latest album, Adele admits that her songs will be dominated by sad stories when she divorced Simon Konecki. The song Easy on Me as the first song was also dedicated as an explanation of divorce for their son, Angelo.
