Firmly Warns Israel, Iranian General: They Can Start A War, It Will End The Zionist Regime

JAKARTA - Commander of the Aerospace Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh firmly warned Israel, if they start a conflict, Iran will destroy it according to Iranian media.

"Zionist regime officials know they can start a war, but the end is in our hands," Hajizadeh was quoted as saying by The Jerusalem Post November 12.

"The end of this work is the destruction of the Zionist regime, and if they give us a reason, their destruction will surely progress historically," he warned Israel.

General Hajizadeh said, Israel is the only country in the world that always only talks about the survival and sustainability of its group.

“A regime that talks about its existence is doomed to destruction, and such a regime cannot speak of the destruction of another country, with the threats it issues mostly for domestic consumption,” Hajizadeh criticized.

The commander of the IRGC Aerospace Forces called Iran's security "exemplary", saying he did not need to talk about the country's capabilities "because the enemy is talking enough about Iran's missile and defense capabilities."

Hajizadeh pointed to attempts by world powers to add negotiations over Iran's missile program to talks about returning to the JCPOA nuclear deal, saying Iranian drones had become a 'thorn in their side,' showing the country's strength.

Separately, on Wednesday, IDF (Israeli military) OC Artillery Corps Brigadier General. Neri Horowitz said future conflicts with Hamas in the Gaza Strip or Hezbollah in Lebanon could involve clashes between drones.

"The enemy is growing in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. We must know how to distinguish between friend and foe and confront the capabilities of the enemy," Horowitz explained at the 2021 UVID conference.

The Israeli artillery chief continued, the unmanned vehicles will join the battle alongside manned forces in various operations, including raids, evacuations, security patrols, maneuvers in enemy territory and helping expose the enemy and allowing soldiers to see and hear in all environments.

Horowitz added that he sees drones as "an element in the security and strategy of the State of Israel,". In addition to the two UAV units already operating in the Artillery Corps, a third unit will be formed in the near future.

Earlier on Monday this week, Iron Dome batteries fired missiles at a Hamas drone crossing into the sea from the Gaza Strip, according to the IDF Spokesperson Unit.

Israeli media reports indicated the small drone was unarmed and used for surveillance. The drone did not enter Israeli territory.
