Synopsis Of Eternals, 10 Super Heroes Unite Against Deviants
JAKARTA - The screening of the film Eternals in Indonesia made netizens excited. Most questioned the censorship of the first gay kiss scene in the 25th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Of course, same-sex romantic scenes in Hollywood were subject to censorship in Indonesia.
The film Eternals introduces 10 new superheroes that Marvel Studios has never revealed before. Eternals presents the story of a group of heroes from outer space who have protected Earth since the dawn of human civilization. When the Deviants, long-lost evil beings, mysteriously threaten again, the Eternals must reunite to save humanity.
The Eternals are an immortal alien race from the planet Olympia who came to Earth thousands of years ago to protect humanity from predatory aliens known as Deviants. After years free from the threat of the Deviants, the Eternals finally got to hear the news of the creature's return from the Celestials, the creators who previously appeared in the Guardians of the Galaxy films.
The Eternals are a powerful group--the perfect combination of thinkers and warriors. They share the same cosmic energy, but manifest into different powers for each individual. When faced with a threat, their strengths complement each other. However, on the outside, they looked like an ordinary family who supported each other, but still had disagreements.
Eternals takes inspiration from the comic book Marvel Eternals by Jack Kirby, which was first published in 1976. The story of Eternals will take fans to an unprecedented time period. This film also introduces various characters with such rich backgrounds.
