Annoyed At Interruption At Plenary Dismissed By Puan, PKS: How To Be A Presidential Candidate, Our Constitutional Rights Are Closed

JAKARTA - The chairman of the PDIP faction in the DPR reacted when DPR chairman Puan Maharani quipped PKS faction member Habib Fahmi Alaydrus during a plenary meeting, Monday, November 8.

At first, Fahmi, who sits on Commission X of the DPR, asked for an interruption when Puan Maharani closed a single plenary meeting to make a decision on the results of the fit and proper test for the candidate for the TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa.

"The leader's interruption. The leader's interruption," said Fahmi.

However, repeatedly stating the request for the interruption, Puan, who is also the Chairperson of the PDIP DPP, continued to speak until she knocked on the hammer to mark the end of the plenary meeting.

"My leader asked for time, the leader asked me for time. My leader is A432," said Fahmi again.

Not being heeded until the plenary is over, Fahmi looks annoyed. He then quipped Puan by mentioning the issue of the presidential election.

"How about a presidential candidate, our constitutional rights are closed," said Fahmi.

The chairman of the PDIP faction, Utut Adianto, then reacted to Fahmi's statement.

"Those who preside over the trial have the right to accept the interruption or not, earlier they said that the agenda was single, namely the issue of the Commission I report regarding the TNI Commander.
