Youth Water Polo tells the story of Zhou Zhi Yuan (Hou Fu Ming) who will soon graduate, inspired by his younger sister's water polo coach, Ling Hao Er (Liu Rio Yuan), to recruit players for the new season.

He called three former players, known as "Old You Tiao", consisting of Chen Yu Ting, Jiang Jia, and Bai Lang (Wang Hao Xuan), a former talented player in the province, to join the new squad.

Zhi Yuan not only had to fight hard to find an external training ground, but also had to face the possibility of its members stopping after their studies were completed.
