Jasa Raharja Gives Compensation To Light The Family Burden Of Victims Of Accident KM 58

JAKARTA - The deadly accident that occurred on the Jakarta-Cikampek KM 58 toll road left deep sorrow for the community, especially the families of the victims. In order to ease the burden on the families of the victims, PT Jasa Raharja provided compensation in the form of cash for 12 victims, each Rp50 million.

The compensation was given to the families of the victims on the sidelines of the handover of 11 bodies that had been identified by the Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team at the National Police Headquarters at the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Monday.

Meanwhile, one victim who was identified previously, namely Najwa Ghefira (21) has been given compensation money.

"This compensation money is given to his family, each getting Rp50 million," said PT Jasa Raharja Operations Director, Dewi Aryani Suzana at the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, as reported by Antara, Monday, April 15.

Jasa Raharja also expressed his deep condolences for the death of a traffic accident victim at KM 58 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road.

"We express our deepest condolences. Money cannot replace lives, but hopefully the proof that the state is present can reduce family sadness," said Dewi.

Previously, the National Police Headquarters Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Team had succeeded in identifying 11 victims who died in a fatal accident on the Jakarta-Cikampek KM 58 Toll Road.

With the identification of the bodies of 11 traffic accident victims, 12 victims have been identified.
