YOGYAKARTA After Kaesang Pangarep served as Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), many people became increasingly curious about his figure. One of the highlights to discuss is the assets of Kaesang Pangarep.

As is known, the son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) received a mandate from the PSI Board of Trustees as chairman of PSI for the period 2023-2028. Apart from this, the assets of the PSI Chairman Kaesang are also interesting to investigate.

This estimate arose because in 2021, the husband of Erina Gudono had bought 8 percent of PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana's shares, a company that processed frozen food. Kaesang's transaction figure is worth IDR 92.2 billion.

Not to mention that he is also listed as owning 40 percent of the shares of the Persis Solo football club. Apart from Kaesang also has several businesses, namely Sang Pisang, Hompimpa Games, Sang Javas, Ternakopi, Madhang, Ready Mas, Mangkok Ku, Chili Pari, Markobar, Goola, People's Shares, and even catfish.

As is known, Kaesang Pangarep officially serves as the General Chair of PSI, Monday, September 25, 2023. He replaced Giring Ganesha, who currently serves as a member of the Party's Board of Trustees. Kaesang's participation in PSI was the first step for him to enter politics.

While attending PSI National Land Coffee (Kopdarnas), Kaesang admitted that his decision to enter politics was inspired by his own father, President Jokowi.

"Frankly, I entered politics, one of the inspirations, my own father," he said at Djakarta Theater, Central Jakarta, Monday, September 25.

Even though he is part of the PSI political party management, it is not certain whether Kaesang plans to run in the regional head election (Pilkada) or not. However, he is said to have the potential to run in the Solo Pilkada or Depok City. Even before that, the issue had appeared long before he entered PSI.
