"We take the initiative to support the central government's obligations through formal legal instruments from the regions, so the process doesn't take too long," he said.
For the migration process, Kang Emil also hopes that the central government will provide digital signals in several West Java areas which are currently still blank spots.
The West Java Provincial Government is ready to collaborate with the Ministry of Communication and Information and TVRI as institutions required by law to make digital migration successful.
"There is one thing in West Java that is not perfect, namely there is still a blank spot for digital signals, therefore collaboration is needed between us, the Ministry of Communication and Information and TVRI so that everything is successful," he said.
