JAKARTA - The investigation of a case where artificial intelligence (AI) is used to violate the law will be simplified under a new process approved by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This was said by the agency on Tuesday, November 21.
This move, along with other actions, highlights the interest of the FTC in pursuing cases involving AI. Technological critics have said it can be used to cheat.
The agency, which now has three Democratic Party members, unanimously decided to make it easier for staff to issue a request for documents as part of an investigation if it was related to AI.
