More Like X, Threads Trial Feature Number Of Posting Views And Pins

JAKARTA - More and more similar to platform X, Meta's new social media, namely Threads, will launch a new feature to show the number of views on posts on its platform.

"The new testing on Threads First, we are testing ways to show the number of views on Threads posts, to see if this is a useful step to understand whether the post fits your community," wrote Instagram Head Adam Mosseri in a post on Threads on Friday, October 27.

According to Mosseri, the number of views feature is very useful for providing people with a better picture of their reach.

"The number of views is interesting because I think if we send Instagram, or Facebook, today, we'll probably have it," Mosseri said in the next post.

"They give people a better picture of their reach, and generally more feedback is a good thing," he added.

Not only that, Meta is also testing other features to be able to pin posts or reply posts to your Threads profile.

"Secondly, we test how you embed posts into your profile, or pin replies to your posts - tap "stemb to the profile" or "stimulate replies" in the 3-dot menu," he concluded.

Both tests are now active for a small number of people. And it will probably be launched in the future.
