OpenAI Releases GPT-4 Supported ChatGPT Enterprise

JAKARTA - OpenAI has just announced ChatGPT for enterprise customers, with features that regular customers don't have.

ChatGPT Enterprise adopting GPT-4 can remove all usage restrictions, and work up to two times faster.

32k context in ChatGPT Enterprise is also included, users can process input or files four times longer. Users will get unrestricted access to advanced data analysis formerly known as Code Interpreter.

With it, technical and non-technical teams can analyze information in seconds, whether it's financial researchers crunching market data, marketers analyzing survey results, or data scientists debugging ETL scripts.

"If you want to adapt ChatGPT to your organization, you can use our new co-chat template to collaborate and build a common workflow," said OpenAI in its announcement, quoted Tuesday, August 29.

"When you need to extend OpenAI into a fully customizable solution for your organization, our pricing includes free credits to use our APIs as well," he added.

The company says users don't need to worry about data security, because they will own and control their own business data in ChatGPT Enterprise.

"We don't train your business data or conversations, and our model doesn't learn from your usage. ChatGPT Enterprise is also SOC 2 compliant and all conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest," explains OpenAI.

OpenAI's new admin console can be useful for easily managing team members, offering domain verification, SSO, and usage insights, so it can be deployed at scale to enterprises.

OpenAI's decision to launch ChatGPT Enterprise is a major step. The reason is, the company says since ChatGPT went public in late 2022, chatbots have been used by more than 80 percent of Fortune 500 companies.

Then decided to develop ChatGPT Enterprise to better serve the business sector. This new service has been tested with companies such as Block, Canva, Carlyle, The Estée Lauder Companies, PwC and Zapier.
