Bleed Esport Wins VCT Ascention Pacific 2023, BOOM Esports From Indonesia Enters The Top Four

JAKARTA - The esports team from Singapore, Bleed Esports, won first place in the Ascention Pacific 2023 Valorant Champions Tour (VCT), after defeating SCARZ, the esports team from Japan in the Grand Final round which was held on Sunday, July 9 yesterday.

Using the Best-of-Five (BO5) match system, Bleed Esports managed to dominate the match by winning three games at once, so the final score between Bleed Esports and SCARZ was 3-0.

Taking place from June 28 to July 9, the 2023 Ascention Pacific Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) tournament was attended by 10 regional teams from Japan, Korea, Oceania, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia & Singapore, Taiwan & Hong Kong, and South Asia.

The teams will then compete with each other to rank first, as well as the opportunity to win a total prize of 100,000 US dollars or around IDR 1.5 billion.

If you look back, one of the esports teams representing Indonesia, BOOM Esports managed to survive until they qualified for the semifinals, after winning the playoffs against Bonkers with a score of 2-0.

In the semifinals, there were four teams competing with each other, namely Bleed Esports, SCARZ, NAOS Esports and also BOOM Esports. Unfortunately NAOS Esports and BOOM Esports had to go home after losing to SCARZ and Bleed Esports in this round.

Using the Best-of-Three (BO3) system, NAOS is subject to SCARZ with a score of 1-2. Meanwhile, BOOM Esports must also accept defeat to the champion with a score of 1-2.
