The Mystery Of The Loss Of Lamine Yamal During The Barcelona Vs Porto Match

JAKARTA - Barcelona's young player, Lamine Yamal got the opportunity to start when his team went on an away agenda to Porto's headquarters. However, during the match, it was discovered that Yamal had disappeared from the field.

Barcelona got an agenda to visit the Estadio Do Dragao Stadium which is Porto's headquarters in the second match of Group H of the 2023/2024 Champions League. In the match on Thursday, October 5 in the morning WIB, Yamal, who started, also recorded history, he became the youngest player to start the Champions League match.

Regarding the loss of the young player, Xavi Hernandez as the coach gave an explanation after the match. He said Yamal disappeared because of his uncomfortable stomach condition which made him have to go to the toilet.

"Lamine Yamal is not fit. She is sick and has informed me," Xavi Hernandez said as quoted by The Sun on Thursday, October 5.

"I then took advantage of a moment at half-time to get him to the toilet quickly. But in the end people reported he couldn't return to the field," continued the coach.

In this match, Yamal was actually in the plot to play full time, but the moment he went to the toilet crushed the opportunity.

Xavi even had to wait up to almost 10 minutes before finally entering Marcos Alonso as a substitute. That's because Yamal couldn't continue the game.
