A Youth Found Dead Covered In Blood In Gedong Pasar Rebo

JAKARTA - A young man named Brata Kelana (25) was found dead covered in blood on Jalan Haji Marta, RT 12/10, Gedong Village, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta, Tuesday, November 21. Ironically, no local residents know about the incident.

According to Adi, a local resident, he was not aware of the stabbing incident that occurred on the road an alley beside his house. However, he heard a noise on Tuesday morning.

"Before 2 am, there was a commotion. If you want 3 o'clock there was a crash," Adi told VOI at the scene, Tuesday, November 21, noon.

According to Adi, he also heard the screams of thieves from outside his house. However, after receiving information, it turned out that what the thief shouted was suspected to be the perpetrator of the stabbing.

"In the morning, I just got the information, it turned out that the victim was my nephew," he said.

Then on Tuesday morning, police officers from the Pasat Rebo Police and the East Jakarta Metro Police visited the scene of the case. Police officers conducted a crime scene investigation.

"There is no police line installed. On the road, there was a lot of blood spilled, then the residents of the initiative were covered in sand," he said.

Not far from the scene, the police found a Badik knife sarong thrown in a trash can.

"Cats are like badik knives," he added.

Meanwhile, the case is being handled by the East Jakarta Metro Police. The identity of the perpetrator has been identified based on witness testimony. The perpetrator is currently being sought by the police.
