KPK Council Will Clarify Firli Bahuri About Meeting With SYL Next Week

JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board (Dewas) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has again scheduled an examination of Firli Bahuri on Tuesday, November 14.

The examination is related to alleged ethical violations related to a meeting with litigants, namely, the former Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo.

"( Firli's clarification) will be examined on Tuesday, November 14, 2023," said a member of the KPK Council, Albertina Ho when confirmed, Friday, November 10.

The plan is that the KPK Council will ask Firli for information regarding the alleged meeting with litigants at around 10.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, in the first summons related to the case, Firli did not fulfill it. He asked to reschedule after November 8, 2023.

In the process of proving the allegation, the KPK Council has asked for information from 10 people. However, it was not conveyed in detail about the parties that had been examined.

"More than 10 people (who have been examined, ed), (there are parties, red) internal and external KPK," said KPK Supervisory Board member Syamsuddin Haris.
