Regarding The Electability Of Together Prabowo, Gibran Calls One Survey Not Representing All Of Them

The Mayor (Walkot) of Surakarta as well as the prospective vice presidential candidate (cawapres) from the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) Gibran Rakabuming Raka said that one survey could not be a reference for knowing the electability of vice presidential candidates.

"Please compare it with other surveys," he said in Solo, Central Java, Tuesday, November 11, which was confiscated by Antara.

According to him, the survey results can be used as a reference when compared to several survey institutions.

"If you only compare one survey, the name is biased. I think media friends understand," he said.

He asked the public to also look at other survey institutions such as the Indo Barometer, SMRC, and Populi Center.

"Later on deloken (viewed) SMRC surveillance, deloken surveillance of Mr. Qodari (Indo Barometer), deloken of Populi (Populi Center) surveillance. More than one reference, you'll see. If you want to look for bad news, that's it," he said.

He admitted that there was no problem if there were parties who doubted him as a vice president. He invited residents to assess their abilities.

"Please residents who think so (yes), thank you," he said.

Previously, the survey institute Charta Politica Indonesia released an electability survey of presidential and vice presidential candidates in 2024. From the survey, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD won 36.8 percent, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka 34.7 percent, and Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar 24.3 percent.
