Ganjar Said, Demographic Bonuses Should Not Even Become Demographical

DENPASAR - The presidential candidate, Ganjar Pranowo, emphasized the importance of utilizing demographic bonuses in Indonesia. To maximize the demographic bonus, Ganjar stated that the education sector is an important priority.

"The demographic bonus that we have to boost for about 13 years is education. If we fail here, it won't be a bonus but it will be a demographic disaster," said Ganjar during a casual dialogue at the Bali PDIP DPD Office, Denpasar, Thursday 2 November.

Ganjar, there are many more sectors that must be addressed and improved in order to create a superior Indonesia, such as in the education, health sectors to environmental damage.

"Only 13 years, meaning that if people give a mandate, then our homework is not light, food, education, health, environmental damage. Be very careful, really. This is what we need unity," said Ganjar.

Ganjar also provides several concrete steps that can be taken by the younger generation in dealing with demographic bonuses. One of them is developing creativity and innovation as an invaluable resource.

According to Ganjar, the younger generation must strengthen digital skills and use them as a tool to produce valuable works.

Ganjar also advised the younger generation not to be afraid to dream big and take risks in pursuing their goals. He said that with the spirit of never giving up and hard work, the younger generation has the potential to achieve extraordinary success.
