SDN Kuranji In Serang City Again Sealed By Heirs

SERANG - SDN Kuranji in Kuranji Village, Serang City, Banten, was again sealed by the heirs using wood and bamboo fences to close the school gates.

As a result of the sealing, students and teachers at SDN Kuranji were forced to go in and out of school through a small fence behind the school.

A local resident, Gunawan in Serang, Banten, said Monday that the sealing had occurred since Sunday (10/9) by covering the school gates using bamboo.

"As far as I know, from yesterday it had been closed with gated wood, the school's children were still in school as usual," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, September 11.

Gunawan said students and teachers who want to enter the school environment must go through a small fence behind the school.

"This morning school children were still busy, they passed from behind there was a small road there," he said.

Previously, the Head of SDN Kuranji, Serang City, Nanah Nurjanah, said that he was not aware of the land dispute problem at SDN Kuranji, which was later sued by the heirs.

"If we are here, we are only carrying out our duties as users. In detail, I don't know, that's the authority in the Serang City Government," he said.

Nanah admitted that there was no previous confirmation from the heirs as plaintiffs with the school or the Serang City Government.

In addition, said Nanah, SDN Kuranji has been established since 1977 and this is the first time there has been an incident of sealing by the heirs.

"It's been a long time since 1977, why is this the first time I've been sued. There has been no confirmation before," he said.

Previously, SDN Kuranji, Serang City, the heirs of the landowners had been sealed on Friday (25/8) and at this time.
