Investigators are still conducting investigations and are trying to complete the case files according to the prosecutor's instructions. If it is complete, the file will be immediately returned to the prosecutor for investigation. If the file is declared complete, the suspect will be handed over to the prosecutor. Previously, Kampar Kadinkes Kampar Zulhendra Das'at was secured by the Riau Police Ditreskrimsus Team. He was caught through a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to the alleged corruption, May 12, 2023. The arrests were made at Zulhendra's residence on Jalan Lintas Pekanbaru - Bangkinang Km 50 Tanjung Appak Village, Kampar Regency. At that time the police also secured evidence in the form of money. Kombes Teguh explained that Zulhendra was arrested along with one of the heads of the puskesmas who were trusted people with the initials RA. The disclosure began with information provided by the public. From this information, Kasubdit III Kompol Faizal Ramzani immediately conducted an investigation in Pekanbaru. Initially arrested by RA in Pekanbaru, while collecting money from the heads of puskesmas from Kampar. “ The money was collected to RA on the orders of the Head of Health Office, ” he continued. After the money was received from the heads of the puskesmas, then RA went to the Kadinkes house. At that time, the Sub-Directorate III Team followed RA and after handing over the money to the Kadinkes, the team immediately made an arrest.
