Sadistic Murder In Bekasi, Husband Stabbing Wife In Front Of Children Then Surrendering To Police

BEKASI - Mega Suryani Dewi (21) was killed by her own husband, Nando Kusuma Wardana (25) at their rented house on Jalan Cikedokan, Sukadanau Village, West Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, West Java, Friday, August 8 evening.

The victim was allegedly abused for bruises on his body. In addition, there was a gaping wound on the neck which was most likely due to a sharp weapon. Tragically, the victim was killed in the rented house and allegedly witnessed by his two children who were still toddlers.

The perpetrator washed the victim, cleaned the blood spilled around the location and even washed his clothes, then took his two children to his father-in-law's house before turning themselves in to the police station.

Head of Public Relations of the Bekasi Metro Police, AKP Hotma Sitompul stated that her husband, who is the perpetrator, had surrendered. Meanwhile, Mega's body is currently still at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta for an autopsy.

He said the murder took place, starting with the arrival of Mega's parents to his son's rented house on Saturday, September 9 in the morning.

At that time the victim's parents saw Mega lying lifeless on the bed.

Meanwhile, the owner of the Muki (41) rented house said that when he entered the room Mega's body was seen on the bed and covered with a blanket.

Then, there were bruises on Mega's face and cuts on the neck.

"No bloodstains were seen when he entered the victim's rented house. It is suspected that the perpetrator had cleaned the victim's blood on the floor," said Muki.

Muki added that N's act of killing his wife was probably carried out when there were still children under five.

Because, according to the victim's mother's statement in the morning, the perpetrator had entrusted her child to the victim's parents.

"It was told from the police station, so he said it happened on Thursday at approximately 11 pm, so in the morning he was clean, drying, no one suspected that his position was still with his child," he said.
