JAKARTA - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government invited Timorese President Leste Jose Ramos-Horta to attend the Parties State Conference at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) in Dubai on November 30, December 12, 2023.

Aiming to become a global financier for investment and economic innovation, said AlDhaheri, the UAE has strengthened international cooperation by signing a comprehensive economic partnership agreement with developing economies such as India, Indonesia, and Israel.
