Ahead Of Facing The 2024 General Election, PDIP Trains National Level Campaigners

JAKARTA - The PDI-P (PDIP) DPP held a training for national-level party campaign interpreters in facing the 2024 General Election at the PDIP Party School, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta, Saturday, August 5.

"According to the assignment to face the 2024 General Election, which remains 6-7 months, this training is to teach, hone political communication skills to the community, and develop innovations into the campaign period to achieve victory in the 2024 General Election," said Head of the PDIP DPP Education and Training Agency Daryatmo Mardiyanto, quoted from Antara.

He explained that the training took place on August 5-6, 2023. The training was attended by 100 participants. They came from 32 DPD delegates outside Java totaling 64 people, 24 party DPD delegates on the island of Java, 12 wing envoys, and 12 party bodies, of which 17 were female cadres.

The participants who took part in this training, he said, were young PDIP cadres who were prepared to become jurkam in the 2024 General Election.

Daryatmo said that apart from conventional campaign patterns, party cadres must be able to take advantage of information technology for campaign activities and activities, which is a series of stages of the 2024 General Election.

"This training was made by PDIP as a form of party commitment and seriousness in dealing with the 2024 General Election. This training is part of the party's chain of work in realizing shared ideals," he said.

In addition, he said, training is expected to be able to produce young campaigners who are militant, with integrity, and dedicated in raising parties, as well as transforming Bung Karno's Pancasila ideology to realize the order of the Indonesian people to be just and prosperous in the digital era.

He explained that the training curriculum was designed with a composition of 80 percent practice, general knowledge, and Ideology of 10 percent each. There will be assignments for 6 (six) months after this training activity and will be guided by the Central Badiklat Team and the ministers.

"The thing that is no less important than the training of this party campaigner, participants are expected to have a spirit of discipline, loyalty, sincerity, and skills. Later it can help carry out party tasks in their respective regions as a jurkam of a party that has the ability, reliable, and is expected to be able to make similar training in their respective regions," hoped Daryatmo.

The activity was opened by singing the anthem Indonesia Raya, reading the text of Pancasila, singing Mars and the PDIP Hymne, and reading the Dedication of Life of Bung Karno.

PDIP DPP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto led and directly opened the national level party training. Also attending were Djarot Saiful Hidayat, Daryatmo Mardiyanto, Darmadi Durianto, and I Wayan Sudiarta.
