Today's Court Of Persecution David Ozora, Mario Dandy-Shane Lukas Will Present Relieved Witnesses

JAKARTA - The trial of the alleged abuse case of David Ozora with the defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas was held again today. The agenda is to hear the testimony of witnesses and experts to relieve the defendant's camp.

Based on the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court, the trial will be held at around 10.00 WIB.

"Witnesses and experts from the defendant," SIPP was quoted as saying by VOI, Tuesday, July 25.

Regarding the number and identity of witnesses and experts who will be presented by the two defendants for now, it is not yet known.

This is because the attorneys for the defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas did not respond or answer when confirmed regarding the witnesses and experts who would be presented.

Mario Dandy was charged with serious abuse. He brutally beat David Ozora's head.

As a result of the persecution, David Ozora was seriously injured. In fact, he had to undergo medical treatment for a long time.

Mario Dandy in this case was charged with Article 76 c in conjunction with Article 80 paragraph 2 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.

While Shane Lukas is said to have helped in the series of persecutions. He videoed Mario Dandy's actions.

Thus, the prosecutor charged him with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and a subsidiary of Article 355 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the primary Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with 56 of the 2nd Criminal Code.
