Supreme Court Supervisory Agency OTT Juru Sita PN Jakbar, Allegedly Received Execution Delay Bribe

JAKARTA - The Supreme Court (MA) Supervisory Agency conducted a hand arrest operation (OTT) against an employee of the West Jakarta District Court (PN) with the initials S who was suspected of accepting bribes for handling the case.

"It is true (there is an OTT), but not by the KPK but by the Supreme Court Supervisory Agency, the internal supervisor of the Supreme Court on Wednesday (17/5) at the West Jakarta District Court Office," said West Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer, Yulisar, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 30.

Yuliasar said he was one of the senior bailiffs at the West Jakarta District Court.

The mode is that the bailiff deliberately delays execution without his own authority or initiative.

"There is indeed (allegedly accepting bribes), but they do not know the amount because there has been no official explanation from the Supreme Court Supervisory Agency," he said.

Yuliasar explained that the Supreme Court Supervisory Agency is still developing this case. The West Jakarta District Court is also still waiting for a decision regarding the OTT.

"Because the one who arrested was the Supreme Court Supervisory Agency, the West Jakarta District Court was waiting for the Supreme Court's decision," he said.
