Mario Dandy Will Be Tried: One Of The Seven Public Prosecutors Is The Prosecutor In The Ferdy Sambo Case

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas will soon be tried after the case files of the two suspects are declared complete or P21. It is known that there are 7 Public Prosecutors (JPU) who will hear the case.

Assistant for General Crimes (Aspidum) of the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Danang Suryo Wibowo, explained that the completeness of the file was declared complete after being examined by seven prosecutors. According to him, the research prosecutors will participate as prosecutors in the trial of the severe abuse case.

"In the team of Public Prosecutors as many as 7 people, namely Shandy Andika, I Gede Eka Hariana, Eka Widi Astuti, Maidaris, Bayu Ika Perdana, Suryani, Hafis Kurniawan," Danang told reporters at the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, South Jakarta, Wednesday, May 24.

Kasipenkum DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office, Ade Sofyan, added that one of the prosecutors who will try the case of Mario Dandy's severe assault has also demanded the Ferdy Sambo case.

The name of the Public Prosecutor who has tried Ferdy Sambo is Shandy Andika.

"Yes, that's right (Sandy Andika is the prosecutor in the Ferdy Sambo-ed case)," he concluded.
