Feeling Harmed, B Brand Blue Eticket Skincare User Reports To Police

JAKARTA - The problem with the sale of blue tiered skincare with the initials B, which had gone viral some time ago, seems to have not been resolved. A female consumer of the product who felt aggrieved also reported the product to the police.

As previously known, sales of blue-ethethy skincare should go through consultations and doctor's prescriptions, but in reality there are still a lot of skincare with brands with the initials B which are still on sale freely, especially on digital platforms.

Daminari, a consumer who feels aggrieved with his attorney, Andi Windo Wahidin, reported the losses suffered to the police at the Special Criminal Indag Sub-Directorate of the Metro Jaya Police on Friday, May 12.

Andi said that Bening's Skincare was suspected of having violated the law for free selling skincare products without a doctor's consultation.

"Without information from the prescribed doctor's consultation, it violates the law, the Health Law article 196 and article 197," Andi said after accompanying his client to make a report at Polda Metro Jaya.

Andi said that the blue tiered skincare from the reported product was negligent by allowing many resellers to sell their products in e-commerce.

Reflecting on what happened to his client, he is worried that many people will be able to buy the product without consulting a doctor first, so that consumers do not know the measure of using the blue tiered skincare.

"Online shop has a reseller, there is a cosmetic shop, and this pharmaceutical preparation should go through pharmacists and be attacked," said Andi.

From Andi's statement, his client admitted that he did not feel any effect from the use of the skincare, and even tended to feel a little itchy.

"Initially the use had no effect, dull and itching," he said.

The lawyer said that consumers, mostly women, should be careful when buying blue etiquette skincare without a doctor's consultation.

Meanwhile, the evidence included by his client in the police report is a skincare package, which includes a blue skincare product from PT Bening Teknologi Industri.

Andi also admitted that he had pocketed online shop accounts that sold Bening's Skincare with a blue shirt, and knew where the storage warehouse was.

"We have entered the accounts of Bening's Skincare sellers and we know the warehouses. They have been included in our report," concluded Andi Windo Wahidin.
