Becoming The Supervisor Of The Solar Warehouse, AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Receives Gratification

JAKARTA - Former Head of Bin Opsnal Directorate of Drug Investigation of the North Sumatra Police (North Sumatra) AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan is said to have received gratuities from PT Almira as the owner of a diesel fuel storage warehouse (BBM). Because, he became a'supervisor' of the warehouse.

"The results of the investigation into receiving gratuities show that AKBP AH admitted that he received money from the warehouse owner of PT Almira," said Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi to reporters, Monday, May 1.

From the investigation of AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan, he has been the supervisor of the warehouse owned by PT Almira for the past five years. However, regarding the amount of gratuities he has received, it is still being investigated.

"As a supervisory service from 2018 to 2023. The amount is still being investigated by investigators," he said.

The middle officer of the North Sumatra Police can be a warehouse supervisor because he is close to PT Almira. Moreover, the location of the warehouse and house of AKBP Achiruddin is close together.

"They have known each other before, so PT Almira asked. So with the evidence of the finding of gratification, it becomes the entrance for investigators to explore AH's assets which are suspected to be unnatural and the application of the Money Laundering Article," he said.

For further investigation, Hadi said, investigators had coordinated with PPATK. Currently, his party is focusing on exploring related to gratification and alleged money laundering (TPPU).

"For AKBP AH, he has been detained by the North Sumatra Police Propam Bid in a special place (pathus) to undergo examination for the next few days," said Hadi.

AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan is the former Head of the Bin Ops Section of the North Sumatra Police Narcotics Directorate. He was removed for allegedly allowing his son, Aditya Hasibuan, to persecute a student.

In addition, AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan is also in the spotlight because of his luxurious lifestyle. He owns a Harley Davidson and a Jeep Rubicon which he often exhibits.
