CIANJUR - The government of Cianjur Regency, West Java and Cianjur Police prohibits residents from doing takbir around because it can cause various things including traffic accidents. Cianjur Regent Herman Suherman said his party had communicated with the Forkopimda element and agreed to prohibit takbiran around using two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. "We ask residents to hold takbiran in mosques and their respective neighborhoods because takbir traveling around using vehicles is prohibited," he said in Cianjur, Antara, Friday, April 21. Herman explained that traveling takbir activities using vehicles can cause accidents and disrupt the flow of traffic that is currently starting to be passed by travelers, so that it is better to hold it in the home environment. He said that he had instructed the sub-district head to appeal to residents regarding the prohibition of traveling takbiran to the village and RT/RW levels. "We together with Forkopimda Cianjur agreed to return vehicles that carried out takbiran around, I hope that residents comply with the ban for security and comfort when celebrating the victory day of Eid al-Fitr," he said. Head of Cianjur Police Traffic Unit, AKP Anaga Budiharso, said that his party would place members at a number of points to block residents who wanted to carry out mobile takbirs and were directed back to their respective environments. "If someone continues to hold a mobile takbiran, the officers will immediately turn the vehicle around, we will also add a patrol schedule and insulation so that no residents violate it," he said.

His party asked residents to follow the recommendations and prohibitions that have been issued so as not to get involved in accidents so that they can celebrate Eid safely and comfortably with their families.
