Mercedes-Benz Introduces Two Latest Van Camper Models

As a standard, this vehicle is equipped with a pop-up roof with a bed, a seat that can be converted into a flat bed, folding table, complete kitchen, and cupboard. Some of these functions can be controlled through the touch screen on the front or from a special smartphone application.

Mercedes also provides an ambient lighting system with 64 colors located at the back sliding gate. Mercedes also uses their latest driving technology to make sleep more comfortable. Air Suspension Airmatics has an automatic function to balance the vehicle, so uneven parking on the surface is no longer a problem.

It is known that the previous generation's V-Class Marco Polo was sold for around US $ 85,000 or around Rp. 1.3 billion and this new one will obviously be more expensive.

Meanwhile, the price of T-Class, which is around US$30,000 or Rp459 million T-Class, is deliberately made for a more affordable version of the van camper for the general public. T-Class is a family van camper with a unique design introduced to the public last year. Although it doesn't have as much space as full-size V-Classes, T-Class contains a variety of facilities including beds for two people, which can be equipped with several additional optional units such as kitchen units, coolers, additional batteries, and insect protection.

Mercedes-Benz has yet to announce which market will receive V-Class Marco Polo or T-Class with Marco Polo's Module.
