Ayla Sport Modification Will Be Used As Study Material, This Is Daihatsu's Response

JAKARTA - Japanese vehicle manufacturer Daihatsu participated in the largest annual automotive event in Southeast Asia, Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2023. In addition to displaying the lineup of models that have been marketed, Daihatsu also presents several cars that can attract the attention of visitors at ICE BSD, Tangerang. Through PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM), Daihatsu also presented a modified version of Daihatsu ayla, with the name Ayla Sport as a reference for the modifiers. Daihatsu Ayla 1.2 R CVT is shown to be more sporting and eye-catching so that this car will not get bored to be seen at any time. However, this car is only intended for display, not for sale. However, Ayla Sport has the potential to be used as a study material for the development of the next generation of LCGC. Sri Agung Handayani, as Marketing Director of PT ADM, said that his party would confirm this in the future. "It will be further confirmed regarding that (the next generation of Ayla development with Ayla Sport)," said Sri Agung during the GIIAS 2023 event at ICE BSD, Tangerang. Moreover, Ayla Sport is a manifestation of the commitment of young people from PT ADM to change and increase Ayla's appearance to become unusual. Nevertheless, Sri Agung also said that the next Ayla development must be carried out in stages and at this time his party will only present the car as a display during the exhibition "Certainly this is a new part, so it has to step by step based on the survey. We are trying to show anti-mainstream modifications," said Sir Agung. He also said that the modified results of the development of Ayla Sport were not that fast to be presented in the Indonesian automotive market. Currently, his party does not have such a plan. "Even if it is to be presented to the market, it cannot be that fast. So we need to see and support this modification," concluded Sri Agung.

Ayla Sport was wrapped by the selection of orange color which was quite tempting in order to leave a different impression from other Daihatsu staff products at GIIAS 2023.
