Tamara Bleszynski's Exception Received, Judge Rejects Rp34 Billion Lawsuit By His Brother

JAKARTA - The case that dragged the name of actress Tamara Bleszynski because she was sued by her own brother, Ryszard Bleszynski finally reached the final decision. The verdict was read out through the e-court system.

In the verdict, it was stated that Ryszard Bleszynski's Rp34 billion default lawsuit was rejected by the South Jakarta District Court Judge.

"Declare that the Plaintiff's lawsuit is unacceptable (niet on vanklijk verklaard)," wrote Djuyamto Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court at the verdict quoted by VOI, Tuesday, October 24.

In addition, Ryszard Bleszynski was asked to pay court fees that had been decided at IDR 408.000,-

"Punishing the Plaintiff to pay the court fee until the verdict is pronounced is estimated at Rp408,000.00," he continued.

Furthermore, the panel of judges decided to grant all exceptions or objections submitted by Tamara Bleszynski as the defendant.

"Granted the defendant's exception," said the judge.

Ryszard's lawsuit initially started with chaos over the medical expenses of their father, Zbigniew Bleszynski, which reached USD 103 thousand. In 2001, both Tamara and Ryszard agreed that the costs would be borne by both of them.

However, over time, Ryszard considered the agreement not to be carried out by Tamara. Until finally Tamara was sued by Ryszard Bleszynski to the South Jakarta District Court for a debt case. The lawsuit is registered in case number 87 / Pdt.G / 2023 / PN JKT.SEL.
