Inge Anugrah Wants Custody, Worried Ari Wibowo Can't Take Care Of His Children

JAKARTA - Ari Wibowo's divorce trial with Inge Anugrah was held again at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) today, Monday, July 17. Both Ari and Inge as principals did not attend the trial, both represented by their respective attorneys.

After the trial, Thomas Ola Lamaroang as Inge Anugrah's attorney said that his party would fight for custody of his two children, Kenzo Wibowo and Marco Wibowo. The reason is, the lawyer considers that Inge has been taking care of his two children so far.

"When it comes to the custody of our child as the defendant and as the mother of two children, we still ask for custody of Mrs. Inge," said Thomas Ola Lamaroang after the trial to the media crew.

Our request regarding custody of Mrs. Inge is because Mrs. Inge has been taking care of all her children. Both from morning to night, Mrs. Inge continued, giving schools, responsibilities at school, all Mrs. Inge," he continued.

Thomas Ola said that Ari Wibowo had been busy with his activities outside the home. He also mentioned that there were concerns from his client that child custody fell into the hands of the father.

"If Mr. Ari himself can't be like that because he lives from 13.00 WIB until 3.00 WIB at dawn outside. So, if we give custody responsibility to the plaintiff, the defendant is worried that his child will not be guarded," said Inge Anugrah's attorney.

Even so, Thomas said that his client's children could still live with his father. What Inge requested was legal access to continue to accompany his children.

Even though their custody is in Bu Inge, they will stay at Mr. Ari's house later, but Mrs. Inge has legal access to accompany her children. That's what we ask for in today's answers and duplicates," he said.

Thomas also talked about Ari Wibowo's dinner with Inge and his children some time ago. He said that the moment was a celebration of the graduation of their eldest son. There is no other purpose for this incident other than to be happy for what his son has achieved.

From that meeting, the first child graduated from junior high school. So, the celebration of Mrs. Inge and Mr. Ari gathered because this is indeed a moment of happiness for children who complete the education stage. Indeed, they eat together as usual, this is for children, parents must psychologically accompany them,"

Regarding the current condition of Ari Wibowo and Inge Anugrah's household, Thomas said that his client was still given ample access to meet his two children, even though he no longer had one roof.

"There has been no decision yet, so Mrs. Inge also still has access to children. What we are worried about is that there is no court determination regarding Mrs. Inge's access cannot enter, while those who have paid attention so far are related to children's education, cooking, and every day it is with Mrs. Inge.
