Natasha Rizky Denies Desta's Infidelity As An Reason To Divorce

JAKARTA - The divorce process for Desta and Natasha Rizky has caused a lot of wild speculation among netizens. Starting from rumors of a third party to Desta's behavior which was said to be disobedient to religion, it was a guess from netizens about the reason for the divorce.

However, Rully Agung as Natasha Rizky's attorney denied the rumors. He confirmed that there was no involvement of a third person in Desta's divorce suit against his wife.

"From Natasha, it is certain that it is not true. Natasha knows about Desta, it will not be like that. I make sure it is not true. I make sure it is not because of the third person," said Rully Agung, launching YouTube KH Infotainment, Sunday, May 28.

Not only are rumors about Desta being said to have had an affair, Rully also denied that the former drummer for Club 80's was called blasphemy, which is said to be the trigger for divorce. Natasha Rizky's attorney stated that the cause of the divorce was differences of opinion.

Meanwhile, Desta's divorce suit to the South Jakarta Religious Court was referred to as the result of an agreement between the married couple in 2013.

Before the lawsuit was filed, said Rully, Desta and Natasha Rizky had agreed to part ways well, with Desta as the party filing the lawsuit.

"The agreement was made by the two of them, and will later be submitted to the court," he said.

One of the points in the agreement was admitted to contain child custody. Rully said that the three children would be cared for together, where the three would live with Natasha Rizky.

"Indeed, he was raised together, but his care will be in Natasha," concluded Rully Agung, Natasha Rizky's attorney.

For information, Desta's first trial for divorce from Natasha Rizky will take place at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday, May 29.
