PN Suspends Confiscation Of House Guarantees Of Former Chairman Of The Ternate DPRD

JAKARTA - The Ternate District Court (PN) issued a Determination of Guarantee Confiscation against case lawsuit number 23/Pdt.G/2023/PN Tte with the defendant former Chairman of the DPRD Ternateapsa and his father, Adam Marsaoly alias Opa.
